Reservation Policy

General Admission

• Entry only. Seating is first-come, first-served.
• Must be 21+ with valid ID.
• All ticket sales are final sale — non-refundable and non-transferable, including no-shows, late arrivals, cancellations, or changes in guest count.

VIP Table Reservations

• A deposit or full pre-payment is required to secure all tables.
• Deposits are credited toward your final bill.
• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Tables will be held for 15–20 minutes past reservation time.
• Guest count changes do not reduce minimum spend requirements.

FLAIR reserves the right to refuse service and enforce dress code policies.
